Newest Car Accessories of 2015

There are so many car accessories out there, it’s hard to know which ones are the most important.

No worries. We’re here to bring you the top car accessories to have in your vehicle for 2015.

1) Scissor Lift

This retails at about $1,000, which might seem like a lot. But the benefits more then make up for the price. If there is any problem with your car, the scissor lift will raise it up. This way you can take a look at what’s going on underneath. This is perfect for any mechanic on the go, or even somebody who could possibly have to change multiple tires, might have to do it in the rain, and would like to get through the whole ordeal as quickly as possible. Sitting around waiting for someone else to handle little problems like that gets real old, real fast.

2) Reverse Camera

This is for those who have trouble with their blind spot. It never hurts to have an extra camera in your car. This way, you are aware of your surroundings at all times.

3) Wrenches

Sets of wrenches go for about $50. It’s inevitable that your car is going to break down at some point. It doesn’t hurt to have a handy wrench set and tool kit in your car. You don’t necessarily have to be your own mechanic, but having the supplies of one is never a bad thing.

4) Portable Battery Jump-Starter

This goes for $70 (at least), but is a must-have for any car person. Even though your battery might be new, it will eventually run into issues. There will come a time when your battery will shut down. Having a portable jump-starter will help, especially if you’re standing around upset because you’re about to be late to work.

5) Car MD

This goes for $70, and will diagnose any problem your car is having. Will it turn off the pesky check-engine light? No. But it will tell you what the problem is and how to fix it. Every car needs one of these.

6) Tire Pressure Gauge

You should also consider getting a tire air compressor machine, for tire maintenance and keeping you from over- or under-filling your tires with air. They retail for at least $40.

7) Driving Shoes

Because uncomfortable dress boots and high heels just don’t cut it sometimes.

8) GPS

Beneficial for anyone who gets behind the wheel, especially those who tend to hate asking for directions,

9) Glass Polishing Kit

Keep your windows clean year round.

10) Floor Mats

Extend the life of your car’s interior carpet by putting down floor mats to catch the dirt and grime of daily use.
