    If you order a vehicle’s computer module and we do not have one in stock, we will locate one immediately and notify you of the expected delivery time. This usually takes 1–2 days. It is very rare that we will not have your part in stock.
    Yes. The part may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in its original condition. Returns are subject to shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. It is the responsibility of you and your mechanic to properly diagnose your vehicle before ordering. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
    Exchanges are required for all purchases unless otherwise directed. If you do not return your old engine computer module, you may be charged a core fee and your warranty may be voided. If you wish to keep your old part, please call us before ordering to review your options.
    We ship Monday through Friday. Ground shipping takes 1–6 business days depending on location, while air shipping is 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern may ship the same day. Most orders ship within 24–72 hours.
