Once you checkout and payment is processed, we create a unique Customer Account and your part enters the programming department. As soon as our highly trained technicians complete the project your part is packaged and shipped using your desired shipping method. Once you receive your new control module, you can use the included prepaid shipping label to send us your old module. When we receive your old part your 12 Month Warranty begins. Return and Warranty Exchange Process

This electrical part is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, prorated after 6 months or 6000 miles. If the Lifetime Warranty is purchased the original copy of your receipt will be needed to process the exchange if the PCM has been in your possession longer than 12 months. However, Solo Auto will honor an exchange without the receipt if the PCM has been in your possession less than 12 months. Warranty is not transferable if the vehicle is sold, only original purchaser with receipt can redeem a warranty for the PCM. This is an electrical part that is being purchased with the understanding that the problem with your vehicle has been properly diagnosed. If the installation of this part does not correct your problem, it can be returned for credit, minus restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. Our Part may not be used for test purposes.

We are not responsible for defects such as shorts, overcharging or other component defects in vehicle. Such defects are not covered under warranty. For warranty exchange the unit needs to be sent into our office with the following information in the box with our unit:

• Copy of your original invoice
• Your contact information, day time phone number and return shipping address
• Original problem (diagnosis) of vehicle
• Current problem with vehicle

Shipping & Handling

Once you purchase a product from SoloPCMS.com we will ship your module in a pre-paid return labeled box. As soon as you test the new module please mail the old computer back. As soon as we receive the old module your 12 Month Warranty begins. At Solo Auto we ship domestic and worldwide with UPS and FedEx. We accept all forms of payment including American Express, Checks, Discover, Western Union, MasterCard, Pay Pal and Visa. For international orders we use the most popular couriers. In most cases you will have make your own arrangements to send us your old part within 30 business days after you receive your new one. Contact our customer service department for additional details.
