Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions
*These terms apply to most models and gas engines only (excludes Diesel). Customers have 14 days to return the old part (core) in order to make a warranty claim. All warranty claims MUST be accompanied by the original bill of sale and warranty form. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain any receipts and tracking numbers associated with their delivery. If you do not return the core within 14 days, the warranty will become void with no exceptions. S.A.E is not responsible for defects such as electrical shorts, overcharging or other component defects in the vehicle which cause damage or failure to the unit. Customers are also required to properly diagnose the vehicle. Our parts are not to be used for test purposes. We are not liable for repair costs, towing, shipping charges, or any work done by third parties. The core comes pre-flashed by S.A.E and any attempt to alter or update the programming will cause the warranty to become void. All warranties are subject to our approval.
